Kegiatan riset kolaboratif ini mengangkat tema refleksi lintas budaya dan melibatkan dosen serta mahasiswa dari kedua institusi dalam rangka memperkuat jejaring akademik internasional. Dosen departemen psikologi UB yang terlibat dalam kegiatan riset ini adalah Ziadatul Hikmiah, M.Sc. dan Elmy Bonafita Zahro, M.Psi.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/psikologi.ub.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/leeds-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/psikologi.ub.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/leeds-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"355\" height=\"474\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Rangkaian penelitian diawali dengan penyamaan persepsi, di mana tim UB dan University of Leeds menyamakan persepsi mengenai tujuan, substansi riset, serta strategi pelaksanaan kolaborasi. Diskusi yang konstruktif menghasilkan kesepakatan terkait mekanisme kerja sama, pembagian peran, hingga struktur tim lintas negara.<\/p>\n<p>Selanjutnya, penyusunan proposal penelitian dilakukan secara intensif dan kolaboratif. Proposal ini memuat latar belakang masalah, metodologi penelitian, serta rencana jadwal kerja yang terstruktur. Salah satu inovasi utama riset ini adalah penggunaan metode letter exchange untuk menggali pengalaman reflektif mahasiswa Indonesia dan Inggris, yang setelah divalidasi dan uji coba, terbukti efektif mendukung pengumpulan data kualitatif.<\/p>\n<p>Pengambilan data dilaksanakan melalui platform daring dan didokumentasikan secara sistematis. Data berupa narasi reflektif dianalisis secara mendalam menggunakan pendekatan thematic analysis, membantu mengidentifikasi dinamika identitas, adaptasi, serta komunikasi lintas budaya mahasiswa.<\/p>\n<p>Hasil kolaborasi ini diwujudkan dalam bentuk artikel ilmiah yang ditargetkan untuk dipublikasikan pada jurnal internasional terindeks Scopus Q1 <em>Scholarship of Teaching and Learning in Psychology<\/em>, serta pelaporan formal beserta dokumentasi lengkap kegiatan kolaboratif.
