Agar dapat memperoleh kinerja yang lebih baik, organisasi perlu merencanakan program secara periodic beserta besaran rencana anggaran yang dapat mendukung terlaksananya suatu kegiatan. Jurusan Psikologi, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik ,Universitas Brawijaya melaksanakan Rencana Kerja selama satu tahun kedepan untuk tahun 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Menyikapi hasil evaluasi kinerja Jurusan Psikologi 2018, terdapat beberapa hal yang diperbaiki di antaranya adalah penyusunan kegiatan yang menyesuaikan dengan pagu anggaran jurusan tahun 2019, selain itu, beberapa berakhirnya surat tugas suatu unit, berdampak pada keberlanjutan unit tersebut, kerjasama yang mungkin dilakukan secara kolektif gabungan dari beberapa unit kerja, untuk meringkas anggaran belanja. Sehingga perlu diadakan pembahasan yang intensif dalam menyusun berbagai agenda kegiatan selama satu tahun ke depan melalui Rapat Kerja Jurusan Psikologi FISIP UB.<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan dibuka oleh Dekan FISIP UB dipandu oleh pengelola Jurusan beserta unit-unit yang ada di bawah Jurusan Psikologi mulai dari Unit Jaminan Mutu, Tim Pemantau Tugas Akhir, Tim Kurikulum, Kelompok Jabatan Fungsional Dosen, Laboratorium Psikologi, Mediapsi, Tim Kemahasiswaam, <em>Tracer study <\/em>dan Pusat Kajian Psikologi Terapan.
