Interaksi dengan entitas lain, bagaimanapun, mengandaikan kesamaan atribut dengan diri sendiri. Celah yang terjadi kemudian memungkinkan terjadinya &#8220;kegagapan&#8221; dalam proses mental dan perilaku berupa bias pada level yang tidak disadari (implisit). KJFD Kesehatan Mental Jurusan Psikologi Universitas Brawijaya mempersembahkan Talkshow <em>Fear of the Other<\/em>: Emosi, Bias Implisit dan Kesehatan Mental dengan narasumber dari alumni dan anggota KJFD Kesehatan Mental yakni Diah Deir Zahrani, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psikolog. (Alumni Psikologi UB dan Organizational Development &amp; Performance Management Specialist, Majoo Indonesia), Cleoputri Al Yusainy, S.Psi., M.Psi., Ph.D., Psikolog (anggota dan dosen KJFD Kesmen Psikologi UB), Dita Rachmayani, S.Psi., M.A.\u00a0 (anggota dan dosen KJFD Kesmen Psikologi UB).<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan ini dibuka oleh ketua Jurusan Psikologi Faizah, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psikolog dan dilanjutkan pemaparan mengenai kegiatan-kegiatan KJFD kesehatan mental oleh ketua KJFD KESMEN yakni Ibu Dr. Sumi Lestari, S.Psi., M.Si. Kegiatan talkshow seri 1 dilaksanakan pada hari sabtu tanggal 20 Maret 2021, pukul 12.30-15.00 wib dengan jumlah peserta 247 melalui zoom meeting. Acara ini dikemas dengan model interaktif sehingga peserta dilibatkan secara aktif dalam diskusi terkait tema kegiatan, materi-materi yang diberikan oleh pemateripun sesuai dengan tema kekinian seperti &#8220;ghosting&#8221;. Kegiatan diakhiri dengan pemberian doorprize pada peserta terbaik.
